Cybernetic Meadow Law, a Professional Law Corporation

Our Services

We are proud to provide the following services to technology and life sciences companies.

Privacy and AI

We dig deep into your technology and data practices to assess and mitigate privacy and AI legal risk.  We know our clients expect and deserve better than generic approaches that don't account for their unique technology and business concerns.

We are forward thinking and multi-jurisdictional in our approach to legal risk mitigation. We understand that AI and Privacy laws are constantly changing.  We craft strategies so companies can adapt to regulatory changes while maintaining business continuity.

We know that AI and Privacy are not siloed from your other legal concerns like trade secrets or commercial agreements.  We work with companies to get the "big picture" before making specific recommendations on compliance.

Regulatory and Compliance

While most of our focus is on Privacy and AI, we also help companies comply with other applicable regulations.  We have experience helping companies comply with US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) mandates.  As with our other legal services, we look to harmonize regulatory strategy with other legal concerns.

Transactions and Licensing

We provide pragmatic and efficient services to support a wide range of transactions raging from simple Saas agreements to complex partnerships.  We have extensive experience in IP licensing and will work with your team to ensure that your agreements comport with your patent and trade secrets strategy.  Our deep technical understanding helps us craft comprehensive liability and indemnity provisions that provide unambiguous allocations of risk.

Fractional General Counsel

For smaller companies that lack in-house leadership, we also provide fractional General Counsel services. In this work, we help companies develop and implement unified strategies over different legal domains such as IP, regulatory, and commercial.  We also help companies use automation and software to set up standardized legal operations practices.

We do not provide patent prosecution or corporate services through this work but are happy to work with your external counsel or refer trusted providers.
